Big Fun Run Charity Discount:
To qualify for a Big Fun Run Charity Discount you must nominate one of our Partner Charities. By doing so you are agreeing that your nominated Charity can recieve your contact details. They should send you a fundraising pack and you will be expected to fundraise on their behalf. Please note a charity does not benefit from an entry fee as this is used to cover the costs of staging an event.  

Should you have any questions about fundraising for a particular Official Charity please contact them directly.  Contact details for our Partner Charities can be found on their individual page within the fundraising section of this site.

Standard Entry:
If you would prefer to fundraise for  charity that is not listed as one of our Official Charities, or would prefer to not fundraise at all , then please enter as a standard entrant without nominating a charity.

On the Day Entry:
On the Day Entry is subject to availability.  You are advised to enter in adance so that you can be assured a place. Please check for availability on the Venues page once online entry has closed.

After you Enter
You will receive an automatic email from the Big Fun Run to confirm your entry. Upto five days before the event you will receive your running number and final information in the post.

Any final information will be posted on the website and emailed to you where possible.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Big Fun Runs are organised by GSi Events Ltd.  All entrants, supporters, volunteers of these events and purchases made on the Big Fun Run website are also bound by the terms & conditions and refund policy on the GSi Events website www.gsi-events.com/terms.php   

Cancellation Policy

Customers of the Big Run Run have the right to cancel any entry made over the Internet as long as it is done within 7 days of the original entry date.  Distance selling Act 2000  

Cancelled Merchandise Orders

People who cancel their merchandise order within 7 days will receive a full refund within 7 days of GSi Events Ltd receiving the returned goods, as long as the item is returned to Edinburgh Marathon Ltd in the same condition that it was purchased.  All refunds without exception are subject to a £1.50 admin fee.
