The Ipswich Big Fun Run takes in two loops of the picturesque park. The route will pass by the children's play area, tennis courts and the round pond.  The route includes a short distance accross grass and will make use of the new pathways. The start/finish area will be indicated by a large inflatable archway. Please note that the route may be subject to change.

Area Description:  
Christchurch Park extends over 33 hectares of picturesque grounds right in the heart of Ipswich. It is a beautifully landscaped park and is a haven for wildlife whilst also hosting numerous activities and events throughout the year.

Baggage:  
Runners will be able to store baggage in a gazebo next to the start area, however there is no changing facility available.

Photographs:
A new feature for 2013 will be a Big Fun Run podium and backdrop where participants can pose for photographs after the event. This will be free of charge and you should bring your own camera/phone for this purpose. If you would like photographs of you on the course, please ask family or friends to take some for you.

 
In the interest of safety:
The Race Director and the Emergency Services reserve the right to stop the race at any time, if deemed necessary. These would be in circumstances beyond our control and no refunds would be given.
