Route:
The run takes place in the scenic Albert Park in the heart of Middlesbrough. The route starts and finishes in the large open area towards the south of the park. Runners will follow the route along the outer path of the park before cutting through the centre of the park. Runners will then complete a full lap of the outer path of the park, this will take in the beautiful scenery of the park running past the lake and back to the finish area.

Start/Finish area:
The Start/Finish area will be located in the centre of the large open grassland area and will be indicated by a large red inflatable archway.

Parking:
The designated parking area will be located on the grass verge adjacent to the park which is just off Park Vale Rd next to Clairville Stadium. Runners are encouraged to consider public transport or car sharing.
