Route:
The run starts and finishes adjacent to the playing fields in the centre of the park.  Runners are led onto the broad tarred walkway that lead through the park towards Rickmansworth Road.  At the Eastern edge of the park runners double back westwards and onto the mowed grass pathways that runs parallel with Parkside Drive.  This leads downwards towards the River Gade. At the bottom of the park runners rejoin the tarred pathway that leads back towards Rickmansworth Road and the outbound route of the course back to the finish.

Start/Finish Area:
The start and finish is located towards the top of the playing fields.  This will be indicated by a large inflatable archway.

Parking and Transport:
There is no parking or vehicle access within Cassiobury Park .   You may have to walk 10-15 minutes to the starting area so plan your journey accordingly. Pedestrian access is available via all entrances.   Runners are encouraged to consider public transport or car sharing.  Watford underground station, on the metropolitan line  is a 5 minute walk to the start. Watford Junction Railway station is approximately a 20 minute walk.
