Established in 1992 Support Dogs works across mainland UK and provides all it services entirely free of charge to those in need of them. The charity receives no government funding, relying solely on voluntary donations from wonderful people like you to meet the cost of £21,000 to train a support dog and a further £2,000 to support for each of the approximately 8 years of their working life.
From keeping children safe, to alerting their owners prior to an oncoming seizures, from raising the alarm in emergencies to helping with a huge range of day to day tasks, our support dogs transform the lives of individuals and families. Last year, the charity had over 4,500 calls for help and this figure is raising year upon year and with your support we can help more people than ever before.
